Before Workshop Start: Full refunds are available if requested more than 14 days before the scheduled start date of the workshop or course. Requests made within 14 days of the start date may be subject to an administrative fee.

Within First 7 Days: Partial refunds may be considered if requested within 7 days of the workshop start date and before accessing more than 25% of the course materials, assignments, or interactive exercises.

After 7 Days: Refunds are generally not available once 7 days have passed from the workshop start date or if more than 25% of content has been accessed.

1.2 Content Access Limitations

Refund eligibility is affected by the amount of content accessed. Once you have completed assignments, participated in interactive exercises, or accessed a significant portion of workshop materials, refund eligibility may be reduced or eliminated.

2. Non-Refundable Items and Services

Certain purchases and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

Completed Workshops: Workshops that have been fully completed or where all materials have been accessed are not eligible for refunds.

Downloadable Resources: Any downloadable materials, templates, tools, or resources that have been downloaded cannot be refunded.

Certification Fees: Fees associated with certificates of completion or professional credentials are non-refundable once the certificate has been issued.

Third-Party Services: Services provided by third-party vendors, collaborators, or guest instructors may have separate refund policies and are generally non-refundable through bond-linkspot.

Promotional and Discounted Purchases: Items purchased at promotional rates, with discount codes, or during special sales events may be subject to modified or no refund policies as stated at the time of purchase.

3. Refund Request Process

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5 to 10 business days of receipt. You will receive email confirmation once your request has been received and again once a decision has been made.

If approved, refunds are processed within 10 to 15 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 5 to 10 business days.

3.3 Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion. Partial refunds may apply when some content has been accessed, when technical issues affected only part of the workshop experience, or when special circumstances warrant consideration but do not qualify for a full refund.

4. Technical Issues and Platform Failures

We strive to provide a reliable and seamless learning platform. However, if you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing your workshop or completing exercises, please contact us immediately.

4.1 Reporting Technical Problems

Technical issues must be reported within 48 hours of occurrence. Please provide detailed information including screenshots, error messages, browser and device information, and the date and time of the issue.

4.2 Resolution and Refunds

We will attempt to resolve technical issues promptly. If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe and the problem significantly impacts your ability to participate in the workshop, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Refunds for technical issues are only provided when the problem originates from our platform. Issues related to your internet connection, device compatibility, or third-party software are not grounds for refunds.

5. Course Cancellations by bond-linkspot

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule a workshop or course.

5.1 Full Refunds

If we cancel a workshop and cannot offer a suitable alternative date or comparable replacement course, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

5.2 Alternative Options

When possible, we will offer you the option to transfer your enrollment to a future session of the same workshop, transfer to a different workshop of equal or lesser value, or receive a credit toward future purchases on our platform.

5.3 Notification

We will notify you of any cancellations or significant schedule changes as soon as possible via the email address associated with your account.

6. Subscription and Recurring Payments

If you have subscribed to a membership plan or recurring payment service, the following terms apply:

6.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6.2 Refunds for Subscriptions

Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to subscription benefits until the end of the paid period, but no prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

6.3 Trial Periods

If a free trial period is offered, you may cancel before the trial ends without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your payment method will be charged automatically and standard refund policies apply.
